MINISTRY STAFF

Diane Deans

Executive Director

Diane has been in ministry with young people for over forty years, formerly with Worldwide Discipleship Association. She served together with her husband of 40 years, Jon, before he was called home to be with his Lord on August 7, 2022. After discovering an open door for ministry with young people through The Great Exchange, in 2013 the Board of Directors asked Jon and Diane to give direction to this movement. The two of them joyfully directed The Great Exchange together until Jon’s Home-going. Jon was filled with wonder and joy that came from his love of the Gospel, and he lived a full life to the very end of his appointed time here with us. After Jon’s passing, the Board of Directors asked Diane to step into the role of Director of The Great Exchange. Diane’s desire is to keep the culture and vision that she and Jon had for the ministry together. She loves going out on campus to have conversations with young people about Jesus and train others how to have these conversations with their peers. Diane has five adult children and twelve grandchildren. She resides in Watkinsville, Ga.

Tyler and Casslyn Eanes

He attended Truett McConnell University where he received both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in theological studies. He married his high school sweetheart, Casslyn, in 2016. Felix has always had a passion and a drive to evangelize. For years, Felix went door to door sharing the Gospel with people in and around his community with other believers. After getting married in May 2020, Felix and Samantha have recently begun a new ministry leading groups of believers in street evangelism.
